  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted under specific conditions:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
  3. Shipping: Securely package the item and include the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Inspection: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the credit to appear on your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Check Your Account: Verify your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@ebazaar.co.nz and send the item to [Your Physical Address].

4. Gifts

  • Marked as Gift: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the item is received.
  • Not Marked as Gift: If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

5. Shipping Returns
